GraphiTech has been invited to join the panel of the “High-level Round Table on Public administration and public investment priorities: ICTs and basic service delivery for marginalized populations” at AFRICOMM 2009, the 1st International ICST Conference on e-Infrastructure and e-Services for Developing Countries in Maputo, Mozambique.
